Most clubs have the data. Few have the department to use it.
Innoraze started in the United Kingdom in 2026 to close that gap. We’re building the data engineering and analysis the biggest clubs keep in-house, ready for every club to use.
Why Innoraze exists
Professional clubs collect more data than ever: event data from their provider, tracking from the stadium, GPS from training and hours of video. At the richest clubs, a team of analysts and engineers turns that into decisions. Everywhere else, it sits in exports and spreadsheets that nobody has time to open.
Innoraze is being built to do the work of that missing department: connect the data a club already has, clean it, model it and deliver it to coaches, scouts and directors in the form they need, at the point in the week they need it.
How we work
Numbers your staff can explain
Every metric comes with a plain definition. If a coach can’t explain it to a player, it doesn’t go in the report.
Timed to the week
Reports arrive when they can still change a decision, not whenever the data happens to be ready.
Engineering that holds up on matchday
We test and monitor every pipeline and rehearse matchday failures in advance, so the half-time numbers are there at half-time.
Your data stays yours
Club data is never sold or shared, and you can take all of it with you at any time.
The team
Innoraze is a small, remote team of engineers, based in the United Kingdom.
Nathaniel Amadi
Founder
Nathaniel has spent seven years as a cloud and DevOps engineer, building and running platforms on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud for teams in the UK, the US and Africa. He holds an MSc in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Cranfield University, and started Innoraze in 2026 to give football clubs the same engineering without the cost of building a data department.
Izuchukwu Amadi
Founding engineer
Izuchukwu is a full-stack developer who builds web applications with React, Node.js and Express. At Innoraze he builds the apps coaches, analysts and scouts use, and the APIs behind them.

How we’re building it
Clubs will rely on Innoraze on matchday, so we’re building it the way large engineering teams run critical systems, and writing up what we learn as we go.
A cloud platform as code
Kubernetes on AWS, defined entirely in code and delivered through GitOps, with every change reviewed, tested and signed.
Built for matchday
Live match data flows through an event stream, designed to get half-time numbers to the dressing room within two minutes of the whistle.
Measured and rehearsed
Every service reports how it’s doing, and we rehearse failures, from a lost server to a lost data centre, before a club ever sees one.
AI with checks
Models and AI assistants are tested before release and watched after it, so staff can trust what they read.
