This page explains what personal data Innoraze collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Innoraze is based in the United Kingdom and is not yet a registered company. Until it is, its founder, Nathaniel Amadi, is responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at contact@innoraze.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, club or organisation, role, anything you write in the message, and whether you asked for early access or build updates.
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever is in your message.
When you chat with us, we receive your messages and anything you choose to share, such as your name or email. The chat only loads when you open it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address so it can deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or identify you. We don’t use advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from this site rather than a third party.
Cookies
Browsing the site sets no cookies. If you open the chat, Crisp sets its own cookies so it can work, for example to keep your conversation open as you move between pages. Because the chat only loads when you ask for it, we don’t show a cookie banner.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to talk with your club about early access and, if you ask for them, to email you updates on the build. For replies and early access, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and developing Innoraze with the clubs that will use it. For build updates, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any update or emailing us. We don’t add you to any other mailing list.
Who else processes it
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us.
- Crisp runs our chat and stores chat conversations.
- Cloudflare counts visits to the site without cookies.
- GitHub hosts this website.
- Our email provider stores our correspondence with you.
Some of these providers are based in the United States or the European Union. Where personal data leaves the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact. If you asked for build updates, we keep your email address until you ask us to stop.
Club data
Match, player and performance data that clubs share with us will be covered by a separate written agreement, including a data processing agreement, not by this page. We don’t accept club data before that agreement is in place.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, ask us to limit or stop using it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email contact@innoraze.com and we will respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
